1- Appling the administrative and financial rules
and regulations concerned with QGOSM's scope of activity.
2- Identifying QGOSM's requirements of jobs and manpower
authorizations in coordination and consultation with the other
QGOSM's Depts.
3- Enforcing the procedures associated with the personnel affairs.
4- Determining the training needs for QGOSM's staff in coordination
with the competent authorities.
5- Catering to QGOSM's needs of materials and equipment necessary
for fulfilling its mission.
6- Ensuring and supervising maintenance services for the equipment
and premises of QGOSM, in coordination with the competent
authorities.
7- Developing the draft annual budget of QGOSM while following up
implementation of the same once approved, as well as the draft of
relevant closing account.
8- Collecting fees charged by QGOSM against the services it renders
and the certificates it issues.
9- Adopting suitable measures to ensure finalizing various
transactions regarding passports, residence permits and housing
matters of QGOSM's employees'.
10- Releasing various information and news on the activities and
achievements of QGOSM to be covered through the media after
forwarding to and approval by the Director General.
11- Collecting various information, reportages and articles
published in the media on QGOSM's activities and events and raising
the same to the Director General.
12- Managing protocols and receiving official delegations visiting
QGOSM while taking necessary action as to arrange their
accommodation and transportation.
13- Assisting in the arrangements associated with various
exhibitions and other events held by QGOSM in conjunction with the
competent authorities. |
